California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice

When a request is received, the Controller will take steps to verify the identity of the Consumer to ensure that the person making the request is the Consumer or their authorized representative. This may involve asking for additional information to confirm identity. The Controller will respond to verified requests within the timeframes specified by the CCPA.

Consumers may designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf, provided the Controller receives written permission for the agent to act on their behalf. The authorized agent must provide proof of such authorization and verify their own identity with us.
