Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers and marketers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate concepts and ideas into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to best practices in UI / UX design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in UI / UX design and web development.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the design process and champion the importance of accessibility and inclusivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI / UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in usability and accessibility.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor page builder, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
